Cody & Yasha {wedding}

We had the great joy of getting to be a part of Cody and Yasha's wedding this past weekend at Nazareth Hall in Grand Rapids, Ohio.

I have been pretty excited about this wedding for a while.... We first met this amazing couple two years ago at Yasha's Matron-Of-Honor's wedding (where these two caught the bouquet and garter...no big deal) and we have been super fortunate to get to know these two a bit better since then. Yasha is my (scentsy) dealer, so she is the reason that my house always smells like cookies even though we all know that I don't bake :). I was so excited to get to be a part of Cody's surprise proposal (see the blog) and loved getting to incorporate their love of softball into their engagement session (again, see the blog).

We met up with the lovely couple this past Saturday (9-15... which not - coincidentally is also their softball numbers) at the gorgeous and historic Nazareth Hall. Everything about their day was just so thought-felt and adorable. I especially loved their rice-crispie cake (which, let's be honest, is the greatest idea ever), their jerseys on their chairs at the head table, the beautiful memory table to incorporate those that couldn't be there to celebrate with them, and the fact that they played both of their parents wedding songs at the reception. I could not be happier for these two and am so thankful that we were able to celebrate with Yasha and Cody! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Waterfield!!
