So there are many reasons that I was very excited about this session.
First off, my very first photography session was with Brandon over 8 years ago ( I remember thinking I was being super edgy by using selective color on a picture of his bike *insert me cringing while reminiscing here*) so I felt like this would be a good opportunity to show that I have *hopefully* improved since then.
Secondly, and more importantly I have been not-so-patiently waiting to do their engagement session since the tenth grade, so this is only a little bit overdue!

We met up in Canmore last week, where their chemistry wasn't the only thing smoky about our shoot! Danielle and Brandon were such troopers, hiking all over the place even though the heat and the smoke from the fires were less than ideal. These two are amazing, and I love how you can see the joy that they give eachother (and others... their smiles are so contagious) I cannot wait until their wedding next spring! Thank you Brandon and Danielle for dealing with my bossiness!
