John & Jesse {engagement}

It was absolutely freezing in Calgary when I met John and Jesse for their engagement session! We had originally planned on shooting the majority of the session outdoors, but I am so grateful that we had to change our plans, since Calgary has some of the neatest indoor backdrops. we started out at the living wall in Jamieson place, which not only was it beautiful, but also symbolic, since Jesse has a passion for horticulture! We were then momentarily at the Island Park (but again, it was absolutly freezing!) so we concluded our session at Paul & Sebastions, a beautiful coffee shop over in the east village.
