Hunter & Madison {engagement}
I had the pleasure of meeting Madison last year for a photo session of her and her beautiful son Landon, and fell in love with the fact that they both had smiles that could light up my entire frame.I hadn't yet met Hunter, but from what I had heard, he seemed like a pretty wonderful individual as well. So needless to say, when these two got engaged, I patiently Facebook creeped them (as I do) to see if they had booked a photographer yet. When they (finally) got in touch with

Piper
I don't get to shoot newborn sessions that often, so when I do I get REALLY excited about it :) I had the pleasure of shooting Piper's newborn session yesterday and oh my word she was too cute for words! She did so well and slept most of the session, and hardly fussed at all through the many outfit changes and my poking at her. She was so adorable that I almost tried to sneak her out in my camera bag!

David & Colleen {wedding}
They say that rain on your wedding day is good luck, well these two must be extremely lucky. Not only did it start raining (two minutes before the ceremony started) we also witnessed an amazing lightning show. David and Colleen are two of the sweetest people that we have been fortunate enough to work with. From their beautiful first look, to their fun-filled reception, their wedding was so wonderful. They were super amazing about the uncooperative weather, they were willing t

Susan
I have had the pleasure of working with Susan quite a few times. We have done family sessions, as well as her daughters senior and graduation photos. Our session last week was a lot of fun because I was able to focus my attention on Susan, who is super fun and edgy (and has a pretty sweet car, which of course we had to include). Susan was such a trooper, since I am pretty sure that we picked the warmest day of the year to do this shoot. Thank you Susan for dealing with my she

Josh & Angel
I was so excited to catch up with Josh and Angel last week for their anniversary session. These two are so wonderful and hilarious, and as you can tell, very willing to deal with my shenanigans. We met up at Cane Creek Park where these two tied the knot exactly a year ago. They celebrated with their wedding cake, Angel proved that she could still fit in her wedding gown and they wend for a swim. Disclaimer: A heavy wedding dress gets a zillion times heavier when you throw it

Caleb & Michelle {wedding}
We had the pleasure of photographing Caleb and Michelle's wedding during our trip to Ontario last month. These two are so adorable, and they way that they look at each other *eek* you can just tell how much they love each other! Their afternoon ceremony was beautiful and was followed by photos at Haven of Hope Farms. We love all of the heartfelt details (including the gorgeous archway built by Mr. Verbinnen) and greenery from the family nursery. Congratulations Caleb & Miche

Fran & Astrid {wedding}
I had the opportunity to witness these two wonderful ladies tie the knot last week in Toronto at their intimate backyard ceremony. These are two of the sweetest people that I have had the chance to meet, and I loved that everything about their day was hand picked and told a story, from the cake topper ( which was the logo of the place where they met) to the ring-bearer cat (Yes I said ring-bearer cat!). The ceremony was followed by celebratory lunch at Canoe, and an evening i
