Ontario
So there were a LOT of shots that I wanted to include from our trip to Ontario this past week. While we were up there primarily for weddings (which will be up on the blog shortly), we were fortunate enough to be able to explore this beautiful Province (including TWO trips to Niagara Falls!). Here are just a few of my favorite shots from the trip. Disclaimer: Yes, I know that there are a lot of photos of Austin, but to be fair, he is pretty much my favorite subject :)

Alexandra
I was pretty excited about this shoot for several reasons. First off, I had worked with Alex before and had a lot of fun (She may have hung upside down for extended periods of time from Aerial silks, check out our previous session on the blog "Raleigh Fitness Shoot") and I love her dynamic posing. Secondly I love rooftop shoots. Lastly, Rollerblades and bright colors, what is there not to love? We met up in the NoDa area of Charlotte, where Alex rocked the 80's vibe. We then

Kayla
I had the pleasure of working with Kayla and her beautiful family while I was up in Fayetteville this past week. This gorgeous momma was amazing to work with, even climbing into a pond (in the rain no less) for the sake of the shot. We concluded the her session with a milk bath, which I have been wanting to do for a really long time! #maternity #water #reflection #milkbath #Fayetteville

Aquisha
So if you know me at all (or you have followed my work) you will know these two things about me 1) The brighter the colors, the happier I am, and 2) If there is an opportunity for me to get in the water, you know that I will make it happen. So that being said, you can guess that I was pretty excited to do this session with Aquisha. She was such a trooper last week when we met up in Fayetteville, getting all dolled up in hair and makeup and extravagant dresses (which get surpr

Jordan & Gabby {wedding}
"Webster's dictionary defines 'wedding' as "the fusing of two metals with a hot torch.' well you know something? I think you guys are two medals. Gold Medals" -Michael Scott Jordan and Gabby's wedding this past weekend was wonderful. These two obviously have so much fun together ( I mean let's be serious, anytime you have wedding speeches from "The Office" you know that you are in for a treat) and their love for each other oozes into every picture. Their evening ceremony took

Gabby {bridal}
This is another session that I have been impatiently waiting to post since the second it happened! We met up with Gabby last month to shoot her Bridal portraits. Gabby is a bombshell to start with, so my job was already pretty easy, but to top it off, her dress is stunning and we could not have asked for nicer weather! We met up at Millbridge where we took advantage of their scenic walking paths and water features and then headed over to the hill, where the sunlight just add

Kinsey & Ashley
My favorite words to hear: We are up for anything. (Disclaimer: I take this as a challenge) I started talking to Ashley about this shoot about a month ago, and typically when people say "we are up for anything" I can quickly narrow down a fairly tame idea for their session. However, everything I suggested (no matter how rediculous) was met with a happy "I'm game!" So needless to say I took full advantage of this wonderful couple and had them running all over the place, tryin
